All crane bookings must be made with the allocator and not via crane crews on-site
7am – 5pm Monday – Friday
Any day crane work will be minimum 4 hours.
Night work - Minimum 8 hours from 6pm - 4am
Weekday cancellations for jobs booked within normal working hours are accepted up until the time the crane has been dispatched, or minimum charges still apply.
Weekend and night jobs need to be cancelled with a minimum of 3 hours notice before the commencement of the job or minimum charges still apply.
Cancellations during week days, due to wet weather are accepted up until the time the crane has been dispatched, or minimum charges still apply.
Wet weather will normally result in work being postponed as it means we cannot work safely. When the decision is made to continue working, it is noted that due to the change in working conditions productivity of crews can be affected.
When a job is cancelled, re-scheduling to the next day is not guaranteed
Where lifting equipment is damaged onsite from following the customers instructions, the customer is responsible for replacement.
If a crane reaches a site and wet weather has set in, the clock may be stopped with discussion with the allocator.
The client is responsible for the security of the cranes and equipment left overnight on site.

COD jobs to be paid on job completion
